The Beaver Bank Kinsac Community Centre is a two-storey building that includes a large multi-purpose area with a stage, commercial kitchen, meeting rooms, program rooms, and offices for the local fire department. This new community centre replaces one that was damaged in a fire.
M&R Engineering was responsible for mechanical design including HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Protection; electrical design including Lighting, Power, Communications and Security; mechanical and electrical LEED point documentation and LEED energy modelling.
