This facility houses the Business Administration, Public Administration, Information Management and Resource and Environmental Studies schools of the University's Faculty of Management.  The building features a five story atrium with walkway, auditoriums, classrooms, lounges and offices and was designed using sustainable, environmentally responsible practices.

M&R Engineering was responsible for mechanical design including HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Protection as well as electrical design including Lighting, Power, Communications and Security.

Key Facts: 

• Energy Recovery is installed in Air Handling Units to recover heat from exhaust air. 
• Water-loop heat pump system allows energy to be exchanged from areas that require cooling to areas that require heating.
• Occupancy sensors are installed to reduce lighting power when rooms are unoccupied.
