Congratulations to Armour Group for receiving LEED Gold Certification for RBC Waterside Centre. The use of Seawater for cooling, condensing gas boilers heating and photo-sensors for control of lights based on daylighting helped the building achieve 57% Energy Cost Savings.
M&R Engineering was responsible for base building electrical design, tenant fit-up mechanical design including HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Protection as well as tenant fit-up electrical design including Lighting, Power, Communications and Security.
